Who you going to believe 'people' or your of your own eyes

When ever Katherine and I go to a house we have to always remember to ask if anything is under the house or backshed that folks might want to sell. Last week when I asked someone if there was anything under the house. The response was "nothing under there you would want". I asked if we could have a quick look in anycase.
So Katherine disappeared under the house and did not surface for what seemed ages. Among the many goodies she found was not
                                                                                  ONE
NOT TWO
BUT THREE HUGE OLD BOOK PRESSES
It just shows that not only have you always got to ask, but you also have to look.
Ps Thanks for all the comments and emails about Lotte, things seem to be improving somewhat if a little slowly. The doctors want to be sure that Lotte can eat and drink successfully before they release her. So she and Katherine may have a few more days more at the hospital yet. So more takeway and precooked bought meals for me and the boys for a while yet.
