Kristen and I have a rather too large collection of vintage and antique Christmas ornaments. Unfortunatley it mostly stays packed away in old trunks and we hardly get to see it. Especially at this time of year because like everyone else we are busy, busy busy. I have managed to pull a few out this year though and made a little corner of my dining room circa 1960 Christmas. I love the pine tree branches as to me the pine nettles are the smell of Christmas. Thank -you to all the lovely bloggers who have commented and so on throughout the year. I love getting to know you all. See you in the NEW YEAR.

Same to you both, lovely ornaments, and it looks like they're hiding a rather lovely sideboard too!

Hi Katherine,
ReplyDeleteIt was great to finally meet you in person today, after reading your blog for the past year. You were so lovely and welcoming and hubby and I look forward to returning many times to find the special "must haves" amongst all the treasures in your beautiful little shop. A big thank you also to the lovely fellow who made and served us our coffee, we felt thoroughly spoiled :-)
Merry Christmas to you too !
