Hi Katherine, love that chippy table and the old cane chairs. I can just see those two little side tables painted white .... wish I had more room .... maybe I could find a little!
Thanks so much for your lovely comments on my blog. You managed to put a very funny spin on a very serious (unavoidable) subject - your son sounds like a character. I especially liked the taxidermy request!!! Michelle
Oh so love the school desk(?) and the shabby white table. Very nice indeed. I made a bid for that pair of damaged chandeliers Katherine, but would you believe that I forgot to go back for the last minutes of the auction and lost them!!!?? D'oh to me! :o)))) Oh well, better luck next time. Thanks for your visit too.
I also love that white lounge suite... Looks like it's come straight from a retired detectives office. I also adore the school desk and the doors in the last shot (also from the detectives office)?? Ha! Pruxxx
Gorgeous and elegant things. My favourite is the school-desk - well, that's what it looks like to me. Would love to have something like that as a work desk for the kids. Or maybe even me!
Great to meet you at the Cottage Garden Cafe today. The tropical painting which I bought is going to the house which I'm renovating at Peregian Beach. My website, spotsandstripes.com.au follows my renovation projects. It also introduces the artists, designers and shop keepers I meet along the way.
Hey Katherine, which courier do you use to deliver to Melbourne? Totally loved those tin window covers you had up on ebay but wasnt organised quickly enough so missed out. am thinking if you find anymore I would like to find out courier details/costs. You cant find those covers in Melb much at all, they seem to be more of a queensland thing (alhtough we do have one over an outside door) Alicia :0)
I like the chairs in the second pic Katherine :)

I see why people travel for antiques and bring them back to the states. You find the best stuff!
